Requests should be submitted at least 15 days prior to event date and are subject to review and availability.

Please note that the marquee sign is used to display messages announcing events in Constitution Park, other civic events, performing arts activities, and public events or community-serving resources sponsored by community and nonprofit groups. The marquee cannot be used to display any commercial, political, or private event messages.
